By accessing or using the Site, requesting an estimate, or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Farrell Electric, Inc. is a licensed electrical contractor serving South Florida since 1993, providing landscape lighting, permanent exterior lighting, and residential and commercial electrical services. Florida Electrical Contractor License No. EC0003027.

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only — to learn about our services, view our work, and request estimates or service. You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit false or fraudulent information.

4. Estimates, Quotes, and Proposals

Estimates, quotes, and pricing information provided through the Site or in response to a request are for informational purposes only and are not binding offers or contracts. Any project we perform is governed by a separate written proposal or service agreement signed by you and Farrell Electric, which controls in the event of any conflict with these Terms. Prices, availability, and scope are subject to change until set out in that signed agreement. Submitting a request through the Site does not create a contract or obligate either party to proceed.

5. Communications and Consent

Text Messaging. By opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Farrell Electric, Inc. related to your inquiry, estimates, appointments, and services. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You must be at least 18 years old to opt in to text messages.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — text, graphics, logos, photographs, and design — is owned by or licensed to Farrell Electric and protected by applicable law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent. Project photographs may depict representative work; where an image is illustrative rather than a completed Farrell Electric project, it is not represented as an actual project.

The Site may link to third-party websites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Accessing them is at your own risk.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties (Site)

This Section concerns the Site only; any warranty on services we perform is set out in your signed service agreement, not here.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Farrell Electric and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability arising from your use of the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). This Section does not limit liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and does not govern liability arising under a signed service agreement.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Farrell Electric from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
